[Android][Vulkan] Skybox flickers when there are over 1500 leaf mesh prefabs in the scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-91329” project
2. Build and Run the Android Player
3. In the Player, tap to switch leaf meshes
4. Observe the Player
Expected result: Nothing flickers
Actual result: The skybox and/or some meshes flicker
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a15, 6000.0.11f1, 6000.0.36f1, 6000.1.0b5, 6000.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.57f1, 2023.1.0a14
Reproducible environments: Windows 11 (24H2)
Not reproducible environments: No other environments tested
