Context Menu does not open after the previous list element Context Menu was closed
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “ListSelection.zip” project
2. Open “SampleScene” Scene (Assets > Scenes)
3. In the Hierarchy window, select “Directional Light” GameObject
4. In the Inspector window, expand “A” in the “New Behaviour Script” Component
5. Select “Element 0” and right-click to open Context Menu, then select Copy Property Path
6. Hover the cursor on “Element 1” and right-click to open the Context Menu
Expected result: Context Menu is opened
Actual result: Context Menu is not opened
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a15, 2023.2.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.7f1, 2023.2.0a14
Reproduced on: macOS 13.4.1 (Intel)
Note: reproducible with other options from the Context Menu in the 5th step
