[HDRP] Update DefaultSceneRoot.prefab for HDRP DXR
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create HDRP template project
2. Update to 7.1.5
3. Observe the following error in the console:
System.Exception: Cannot load. Incorrect path: Packages/com.unity.render-pipelines.high-definition//Editor/DefaultDXRScene/DefaultSceneRoot.prefab Null returned.

Expected result: DefaultSceneRoot.prefab should not return null
