CompilationPipeline.assemblyCompilationFinished() hangs unity when reloading domain
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scripts/TestAssembly/Test.cs” Script
3. Add empty lines
4. Save
5. Try opening Console window
Expected result: Editor does not freeze
Actual result: Editor freezes

Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
