[CommandBuffer] CommandBuffer.Blit(Texture, Temporarty_RT_ID) fails and prevents the rest of CommandBuffer from executing
Reproduction steps
---------------------------
1) Open attached project
2) Open scene "Demo"
3) Enter play mode
ACTUAL RESULT: Nothing will happen because line 15 in the CommandBufferBlitTest script fails and prevents line 16 from executing
EXPECTED RESULT: A texture is copied to the screen, try commenting out line 15 to see correct result
