1. What happened
Combination of few baked and realtime directional lights causes some of lights not get applied
2. How we can reproduce it using the example you attached
1) Open scene 1
2) Bake
---> On resulting image one of planes and one side of the cube doesn't have one of baked lights applied. At least in area, that is shadowed for a realtime light.
