Colors of GameObject are changed and the background color is green when disabling the “Intensity” of “Bloom” in “Global Volume” GameObject and enabling the “Allow Dynamic Resolution” setting in Camera
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “DynamicResolutionTest.zip” project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the Game view
Expected result: “Cube” GameObject colors and background didn’t change
Actual result: “Cube” GameObject has different colors, and the background is just green color
Reproducible with: 14.0.6 (2022.2.7f1), 14.0.7 (2022.2.21f1), 14.0.8 (2022.3.1f1), 15.0.6 (2023.1.0b21), 16.0.2 (2023.2.0a18)
Could not test with: 2022.2.6f1 (“Allow Dynamic Resolution” setting can’t be enabled)
Not reproducible with: 12.1.12 (2021.3.27f1)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)

Reproduced in the Editor, Standalone MacOS player, iOS
Not reproducible if having “Intensity” Enabled (“Global Volume” GameObject > Bloom > Intensity)
Not reproducible in the Scene window
Not reproducible in the preview of the Main Camera in the Scene window
