Collaborate asks to republish material on restarting the editor
Collaborate asks to republish material on restarting the editor if reverted back to old commit and then restored back to lastest
Steps to Repro:
1. Create new project
2. Project window > right click
3. Create > material
4. Collaborate drop down > Publish changes
5. Re-case the material's name
6. Collaborate drop down > Publish changes
7. Collaborate History > Revert back to the previous commit
8. Restore back to current commit
9. Restart editor
Actual Result:
1. On restoring back to current commit the asset is synchronized with the last changes, Collab toolbar display's a green tick mark
2. On restarting editor user is asked to republish the material
Excepted Result:
1. The user should not be asked to republish the material as he's was synchronized with the latest change
Note:
1. Make sure collab is enabled for the project
2. Doesn't occur for the Folder, Scene, Audio, Prefab, 3D Model, Script, Sprite
