New variable field set to default when importing Serialized ScriptableObject
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "ScriptableBug.zip"
2. In Project folder, copy the contents of "\NEW" into "\Assets"
3. In Project window, reimport "script.cs"
4. In Project window, select "ScriptableTest" ScriptableObject
5. In Inspector window, observe value of "TEST"
Expected result: The value is "999"
Actual result: The value is "0"
Reproducible with: 2017.4.40f1, 2018.4.22f1, 2019.3.11f1, 2020.1.0b6, 2020.2.0a7, 2020.2.0a15
Note:
Restarting the project after the reimport fixes the issue.
