[Code Coverage][Windows] Adding new Included/Excluded paths row locks assembly reload in the editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project and add code coverage package
2. Open code coverage window and add a path to Included Paths list
3. Toggle Enable Code Coverage checkbox
Actual result: Scripts do not recompile. You can see a lock icon at the bottom right of the editor
Expected result: Scripts recompile and coverage is enabled
Workaround: Perform any operation that unlocks assembly reload (for example, drag a window)
Not reproducible on Mac OS

Editor version: 2020.3.0f, 2021.1.0b10
