Cloth - Self Collsion is missing edit spheres
Cloth Component
Grey paint/selection spheres do not appear using "Self Collision" visulization option.
Steps to reproduce
1. Open the attached scene.
2. Select "Goal_Red > Net" in the hierarchy
3. Navigate to the inspector, cloth options.
4. Find the buttons that look like 3 cubes with a lines attached.
5. Select the right button to open the "Self-collision and Inter-Collision" options
5. In the scene view, at the bottom right, make sure the Visualization option is set to "Self Collision"
6. Black spheres should appear on the object in the scene.
7. Select the paint option, in the menu at the bottom right of the scene.
NOTICE ISSUE >> No black sphere to paint
- Switch back to Select
NOTICE ISSUE >> Spheres are now gone, nothing is selectable.
Works: 2017.3.0f3, 2017.4.0f1
Broken: 2018.1.0a1 and above.

Resolution Note (fix version 2018.2):
Main issue is fixed and in trunk. Minor issue with repro project not worth worrying about as there is a workaround.
