Clearable "NullReferenceException" error thrown when exiting Play Mode in VR Multiplayer Template
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project using VR Multiplayer Template
2. Once te project is loaded enter the Play Mode
3. Exit the Play Mode
4. Observe the Console window
Actual results: No errors are thrown in the Console when exiting the Play Mode
Expected results: Error "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object XRMultiplayer.VoiceChatManager.OnDestroy () (at Assets/VRMPAssets/Scripts/Network/NetworkManagers/VoiceChatManager.cs:152)" is thrown when exiting the Play Mode
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.20f1
Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 20.04
