Cinemachine Camera does not maintain relative position to the target when using CinemachineCore.OnTargetObjectWarped() and cam.ForceCameraPosition() with PositionDamping values greater than zero
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-99893.zip” project
2. Open the “TimeTravelsSystemSceneTEST_CINEMACHINE” Scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Hold the W button on the keyboard to move the Player
5. Observe the Camera position
6. Move the Player past the red rectangle (the teleporter)
7. Observe the Camera position after teleportation
Expected result: The Camera remains in the same position after teleportation
Actual result: The Camera changes position after teleportation
Reproducible with: 3.1.0, 3.1.3 (2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.2f1, 6000.2.0a10)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
