[TextMeshPro] Chinese Windows IME initialized at wrong position, jumping to correct position after first symbol is typed
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "IME Bug" (and load the IMESampleNoZCore Scene)
2. Set your Windows Input Language to Chinese (Simplified)
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Type anything into the text field
Expected result: the IME suggestion window is positioned under the input field immediately
Actual result: the IME suggestion window jumps to its correct position after some typing (see user-attached video)
Reproduced with: 2017.1.1f1, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.4f1, 2018.3.0a2
Note: use the "IME Bug-pre 20181" to test versions before 2018.1 because it contains TMPro as an imported asset rather than a package
