Change any of the Toggle properties in inspector will trigger onValueChanged event
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Mainscene
3. Press play
4. Select toggle in hierarchy
5. Change any property of Toggle in inspector
6. Notice that changing any of the Toggle properties in inspector will trigger onValueChanged event
