CapsuleCollider2D behaves incorrectly when affected by PlatformEffector2D compared to other 2D colliders
Steps to reproduce (watch gif):
1. Open attached project
2. Open "PlatformEffector2D" scene
3. Press play
4. Move big rectangle with platform effector 2d using WASD keys in a way to collide with capsule colliders (gif attached)
5. CapsuleCollider2D collides with the big rectangle even though PlatformEffector2D only effects the colliders that are above
-BoxColliders2D behave normally
