Regression
Yes
Canvas with Screen Space - Camera does not render UI accurately when using an Off-axis Camera Projection Matrix
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe Game view
Expected result: All of the UI is rendered
Actual result: Only a part of the UI is rendered
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a5, 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.15f1, 2020.1.0b10, 2020.2.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.40f1, 2018.3.0a4
Note: If the projection is symmetrical, the UI is rendered accurately.

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
The Canvas cannot infer the amount of shifting of the frustum from the projection matrix alone so we cannot implement that feature. Note that this is not a regression, this was never supported.
