Cannot import Assets when there are multiple Assets selected in the Package Manager
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new Unity project
2. Open Window>My Assets
3. Select 2 already downloaded Assets
Expected results: There is an Import button
Actual results: There is no Import button
Reproducible with: 2022.3.22f1, 2023.2.15f1, 6000.0.0b12
Could not test with: 2021.3.36f111 (can't select multiple Assets in the Package Manager)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note:
The multi-selection is used to download multiple package concurrently. The import process pops a window and ask user to select desired assets to import on a per package basis. The ability to import assets from multiple packages in the same operation is a feature request.
