Camera view is not rendered on PowerVR Rogue GE8320 GPU'S if Shadows are enabled in URP Asset and Camera stack contains Overlay Camera's

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "APTest.zip"
2. Make sure that "Main Camera" GameObject has 2 camera's in the Camera Stack category
3. Switch to Android platform
4. Build the player to a PowerVR Rogue GE8320 GPU device
5. Observe the rendering

Expected results: Both camera's from a Camera stack render
Actual results: Nothing is rendered (black screen) or only 1 of the camera's from a Camera stack is rendered

Reproducible with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.43f1, 2022.3.48f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.42f1, 6000.0.20f1
