No tooltip appears when hovering on the "Target Display" property of the Camera Component
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. Select the "Main Camera" GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Hover mouse on the "Target Display" property of the Camera Component in the Inspector
Expected result: Tooltip appears when hovering on the "Target Display" property
Actual result: No tooltip appears when hovering on the "Target Display" property, while on other properties a tooltip appears
Reproducible with: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.4.4f1, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a18
Notes:
- On 2019.4 "Target Eye" property of the Camera Component is also missing the tooltip
- There is no difference what type of project is created, 3D was used as an example
