Calling Mesh.subMeshCount = 0 crashes the Editor in MeshRenderingData::ExtractMeshBuffersAndDrawRange
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the tester (subMeshCountCrash.zip)
2. Open the "scene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press Space (this calls mesh.subMeshCount = 0;)
Expected: settings subMeshCount to 0 doesn't crash the Editor
Reproduced in 2017.1.0a1, 2017.1.0f3
Did not reproduce in 5.5.5p1, 5.6.4p1, 2017.1.2p1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b5
