CallbackContext is not called when two buttons are pressed or released
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "RagdollGame.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play mode
3. Press W and D at the same time, multiple times
4. Observe Console window
Expected result: the buttons are pressed and released
Actual result: after a few button presses, buttons get stuck/press and release not triggering
Reproducible with: 2019.1.12f1(0.9.0), 2019.2.0b10(0.9.0), 2019.3.0a10(0.9.0)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.5f1 (0.2.1), 2019.1.12f1(0.2.10), 2019.2.0b10(0.2.10), 2019.3.0a10(0.2.10)
Could not test with: 2017.4 due to package

While issue says that fix is in review for 0.9.1 it is still not fixed in 0.9.2 and can still be reproduced on the SimpleDemo that is provided with the package.
