[Burst] Internal compiler error while processing function `System.Void Test.Sys/ShouldDrawJob::Execute(System.Int32)`
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_1060148"
2. Jobs -> Burst Inspector
3. Select Test.Sys+ShouldDrawJob
4. Press Refresh Disassembly
Expected: Compilation succeeds
Actual: Internal compiler error while processing function `System.Void Test.Sys/ShouldDrawJob::Execute(System.Int32)`
Reproducible with: 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.7f1, 2018.3.0a11
