[5.6] Build crashes while unloading scenes asynchronously and loading them additively
Repro steps:
1. Open the "MinimalReproProject" project and build it for Windows (Development Build and Script Debugging enabled)
2. Play the build
3. Press the tilde ("~") key
4. Type: preload "Space_Ship_Scene"
5. Wait for the new scene to load
6. Type: preload "Test_Scene"
7. Repeat from step 4 until it crashes or freezes and crashes
Expected result: The Scenes load without crashing
Actual result: The Build crashes/freezes
Notes:
- Reproduced with: 5.6.2p1
- Could not reproduce on 2017.2.0b1, 2017.1.0f2, 5.5.4p1, 5.4.5p4 (Script Errors)
- Only occurs in standalone build
