Binary Reproducibility is broken when the same project uses RemoteContentCatalogBuildUtility
How to reproduce:
1. Download the WinMerge application
2. Open the “Project IN-76465” project
3. In the menu, click on ContentDeliveryService and select BuildContent
4. Create a new folder and select it
5. In the Project window, right-click on the “Scripts” folder and select Reimport
6. Right-click on the “Scenes” folder and select Reimport
7. Open the Entities settings (Edit → Preferences → Entities)
8. Press on Clear Entity Cache
9. Repeat step 3 and 4
10. Open the WinMerge application
11. In the application, press CTRL+O
12. In the “1st File or Folder” column, add the first created folder’s path
13. In the “2st File or Folder” column, add the second created folder’s path
14. Click on “Compare”
15. Observe the results
Expected results: The contents of two created folders are identical
Actual results: The contents of two created folders differ
Reproducible with: 1.0.16 (2022.3.30f1), 1.2.0, 1.2.1 (2022.3.30f1, 6000.0.2f1)
Can’t test with: 2021.3.38f1 (Package versions are not available)
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
