Baked Reflection Cube is missing one side when HDRI/Physically-based Sky is used with Volumetric Fog
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1217312"
2. Open the Sample Scene
3. Observe the Reflective spheres
Expected result: The spheres fully reflect the surrounding environment
Actual result: A dark rectangular artifact can be observed on one side of the spheres
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b4, 2020.1.0a26, 2020.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0b3
Could not test with: 2017.4.37f1(Package Manager is not available), 2018.4.18f1(Project breaks when opened)
Reproducible with package versions: 7.1.5, 7.1.8
Not reproducible with package versions: 7.1.1, 7.1.2
Fixed with: 7.2.0 and above
