Baked reflection color of clouds does not match the Scene sky color when generating lighting in Unity
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “repro_IN-86148“ project
2. Open the “Assets/OutdoorsScene.unity“ Scene
3. Open the “Lighting“ window (“Window → Rendering → Lighting“)
4. Bake the lighting by pressing the “Generate Lighting“ in the “Lighting“ window
5. Observe the Scene/Game view
Expected result: The color of the clouds is the same in the Scene sky as in the baked reflection
Actual result: The color of the clouds is not the same in the Scene sky as in the baked reflection
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a12, 6000.0.23f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.50f1, 2023.2.0a11
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
