No
Asset References are not restricted when AssetReferenceUILabelRestriction attribute is used on a private Serialized Field
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "case_1247748-Addressables"
2. Open the Scene "SampleScene"
3. Select the GameObject "Test" in the Hierarchy
4. Open the dropdown of Addressable Assets of the field "Sprite Reference With Label Restriction Private" in the Test (Script) component in the Inspector
Expected results: only Addressable Assets of the "group2" are shown and can be selected
Actual results: all Addressable Assets are shown and can be selected even though the field has a label restriction of "group2"
Reproducible with: 1.8.3 (2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a11)
Notes:
1. It is not reproducible when Serialized Field is public
