Asset Bundles retain their previous hash and CRC values when an object within a bundle is changed and rebuilt
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “bundle-test.zip” project
2. In the Menu Bar, click on Bundles/Build
3. In a File Explorer Window, open “/bundle-test/AssetBundles”
4. Copy and paste the "StandaloneWindows64" folder in the same directory, and give it a new name (for example, "StandaloneWindows64OG")
5. Return to the Editor and open the the "NewComputeShader.compute" file in the Project tab in a code editor
6. Edit any number from line 13 to create a change in the “NewComputeShader.compute”
7. In the Menu Bar, click on Bundles/Build again
8. Open the “/bundle-test/AssetBundles” folder again
9. Select both the "StandaloneWindows64" and "StandaloneWindows64OG" folders, right-click, and select "WinMerge" (ensure to install WinMerge beforehand)
10. Observe the results
Expected result: All bundles are different
Actual result: “scenebundle” and “scenebundles.manifest” hash and CRC values remain the same
Reproducible in: 6000.0.28f1, 6000.1.0a5
Couldn’t test in: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.53f1 (Because of external package errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
