"Assertion failed: Screen position out of view frustum" when undo-ing object resize

1. Create a new project
2. Import any sprite into editor (for new 2d project), or create a new 3d cube in hierarchy (for new 3d project)
3. Drag to resize the sprite/cube in scene view
4. CTRL-Z or CMD-Z to undo resize
Expected result: No error
Actual result: Red assert shows in console
