"Assertion failed on expression: 'foundQueueIndex'" error is thrown when reimporting any package
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Go to the Packages folder in the Project window and reimport any package (right-click > reimport)
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: "Assertion failed on expression: 'foundQueueIndex'" error is thrown
Reproducible with: 6000.0.7f1, 6000.0.22f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.50f1, 6000.0.6f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
