"Assembly has reference to non-existent assembly 'Unity.Timeline'" error appears when installing Cinemachine
How to reproduce:
1. Create an empty project
2. Install Cinemachine package
3. Observe errors in the Console window
Expected result: Cinemachine package is installed
Actual result: "Assembly has reference to non-existent assembly 'Unity.Timeline'" error appears in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2018.4.0f1, 2018.4.12f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.13f1, 2018.4.28f1, 2019.4.14f1, 2020.1.12f1, 2020.2.0b10, 2021.1.0a4
