Asian locales' inputs are not working when using Shader Graph
How to reproduce:
1. Add an Asian language locale to your Operating System
2. Open attached "project-1167339.zip" project
3. In Assets window open "TestGraph" Shader Graph
4. Double click on "New Group" in Shader Graph and try to enter Asian locale's characters
Expected result: Asian characters are inputted
Actual result: Latin characters are inputted
Reproducible with: 2018.4.3f1 (Shader Graph version: 2.0.8), 2019.1.9f1 (Shader Graph versions: 5.7.2; 5.16.1), 2019.2.0b9 (Shader Graph version: 6.7.1), 2019.3.0a8 (Shader Graph versions: 5.16.1; 6.7.1)
