Arithmetic operations are incorrect when using uint in IL2CPP Player
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “ArithmeticBug“
2. Open the Scene “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene”
3. Build and Run the Player (File > Build And Run)
4. Observe the value of the first Button
Expected result: The value is 125
Actual result: The Button displayed value is 18446744073709551613
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.9f1, 2023.2.0b5
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
