Reproduction steps:
1. Open "input.zip" project
2. Look at the Console Window
Expected Result: No errors appear
Actual Result: "ArgumentException: JSON parse error: The document is empty."
Reproduced with: 2019.1.0a2, 2018.3.0b4, 2018.3.0a6
Did not reproduce on: 2018.3.0a5, 2018.2.11f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2017.4.12f1
Note:
Opening in a version where the issue is not reproducible fixes the error on reproducible versions
