ARCore Support is not accessible from editor scripts
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Switch platform to Windows Store
3. Create a new script
4. Observe UnityEngine.XR.XRSettings does not provide the option to access ARCore Suppor
Reproduced with: 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.2p3, 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0b13, 2018.2.0a7
Actual results: UnityEngine.XR.XRSettings does not provide the option to access ARCore Suppor
Expected results: Every option in the PlayerSettings should be accessible from code

I found a way to do this currently, give this a try for now.
public static void SetAndroidTangoBool(bool b)
{
var ps = Resources.FindObjectsOfTypeAll<PlayerSettings>();
var so = new SerializedObject(ps);
var sp = so.FindProperty("AndroidEnableTango");
sp.boolValue = b;
so.ApplyModifiedProperties();
}
This has allowed me to set 'ARCore Supported' checkbox with build settings via a script.
