Applying Shader Build Settings changes disables Strip keywords setting
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Project Settings (Edit > Project Settings…)
3. Select Graphics tab
4. Press “+” button to add a new keyword
5. Type Keyword name
6. Enable Strip keywords
7. Press “Apply” button and observe
Actual result: Strip keywords setting is disabled
Expected result: Strip keywords setting is enabled
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0a6
Could not test with: 2021.3.55f1, 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1 (No Shader Build Settings)
Reproduced on: Windows 11
