AnimationMixerPlayable.InputWeights function does not have any impact
To reproduce:
1. Open the project “PlayablesTest”
2. Enter Play mode
3. Select the “Position” GameObject
4. In the Inspector move the "Time 1" and "Time 2" sliders to 1
5. Enable "Use Blending" to override the weights for the inputs
6. Move “Blend” slider
Expected result: The GameObject should not be in the middle because only one Animation has value 1, other has the same value as “Blend”
Actual result: The GameObject is in the middle as there is no impact of “Use Blending”
Reproducible with: 2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.9f1, 2022.2.0b1, 2023.1.0a2
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.4
Notes:
- The script is “TestPlayables” in the Assets folder
- The function AddInput values do not override

Our priority levels are determined by factors such as the severity and frequency of an issue and the number of users affected by it.
