[Android][Vulkan] The Color Channel of videos changes from RGB to BGR when streaming in the Player
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-86407” project
2. Build and Run for Android
3. In the Player, click on the “Play” button
4. Observe the Player
Expected result: The candles are orange (the color channel is RGB)
Actual result: The candles are blue (the color channel is BGR)
Reproducible with: 2022.3.53f1, 6000.0.30f1, 6000.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1
Couldn’t test with: 2022.1.0a15, 2022.2.0a5, 2022.2.0b10 (Can’t build the Android Player)
Reproducible environments: Windows 11 (24H2), macOS 14.6.1 (Intel)
Not reproducible environments: No other environments tested
