[Android][VideoPlayer] Several frame ready events are skipped when replaying a video
Repro steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Find the video called "MZ 103"
4. "Prepare Video"
5. "Play" and after a few frames "Pause"
6. "Replay" and clear the log
7. Repeat step 5
8. Check the log for "Seeking to Time" messages and notice the frame index
Expected: Frames start to increment from index 1
Actual: First few events are skipped
Reproducible with: 2017.4.15f1, 2018.2.16f1, 2018.3.0b10, 2019.1.0a9
