"Android SDK Command Line Tools: Installation Failed" when downloading Unity from Unity Hub
Reproduction steps:
1. Download Unity using Unity Hub
Expected result: Unity downloads without any issues
Actual result: Downloading stops at "Documentation" and after some time finishes with the "Android SDK Command Line Tools: Installation Failed" error
Reproducible with: 2022.1.8f1, 2022.1.10f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.7f1, 2022.1.11f1, 2022.1.19f1, 2022.2.0b9, 2023.1.0a13
