[Android] Not all objects are rendered when a Static Batching is disabled and devices with a specific Snapdragon CPU are used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Build and run the Android Player (File > Build And Run)
3. Observe the Player
Expected result: There are numerous cube objects visible
Actual result: There is only a single cube object visible or no cubes are visible
Reproducible with: 6000.0.0b12, 6000.0.22f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.53f1, 2023.1.0b10, 6000.1.0a5
Fixed in: 6000.0.23f1
Could not test with: 6000.0.0b11 (“The UniversalRenderPipelineGlobalSettings with 'UniversalRenderPipelineGlobalSettings(Assets/Settings/UniversalRenderPipelineGlobalSettings.asset)' is not at last version” build error)

Notes:
- The single cube has shadows on it from other cube objects which are not rendered
- The device momentarily flashes all of the cubes and then displays the actual result
