[Android] Logcat tags of Unity project name are truncated from start and the end by one symbol
How to reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. Build and Run it on any Android device
3. Open the Android Logcat
4. Search for the "PlayerBase" pattern in the search field
5. See the corresponding "Tag" with the project name
Expected result: Corresponding Tag is the entire project name
Actual result: Corresponding Tag is the full project name with first and last symbols truncated
Reproduced on: MacOS (12.3)
Reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.1f1, 2022.2.0a14
Note: The issue isn't related to Logcat Package since the same messages may be observed from Terminal
