[Android Graphics] Android Player using linear color-space renders color differently on OpenGL3.0/Vulkan on OS 8.0
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build Android player and run on Samsung Galaxy S7 with Graphics API set to OpenGLES3
3. Observe color
4. Change Graphics APIs to Vulkan and run on Samsung Galaxy S7
5. Observe color
Expected: Color rendered in Step 3 and Step 5 should be same
Actual: Color rendered in Step 3 is darker than color rendered in Step 5 significantly
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a6, 2018.3.3f1, 2018.3.2f1, 2018.2.20f1
No repro: 2017.4.19f1
Does not reproduced anymore in: 2019.1.0a15, 2019.1.0a7

Latest issues
