[Android] Building an App Bundle in Development mode freezes before completion
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-41839“ project
2. In the “File” → “Build Settings” enable “Build App Bundle”, “Development Build” and “Script Debugging”
3. Click “Build” and observe
Expected result: The Build finishes successfully
Actual result: The Build freezes at around 90% completion
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.5f1, 2023.1.4f1, 2023.2.0a23
Testing environment: macOS 13.4.1 (M1)
Note: Reproduction is very inconsistent, after canceling the frozen build and building again, the build finishes in seconds
