[Android] Build Settings window goes black when SDK/build-tools directory is empty
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Preferences -> External Tools and check SDK directory
3. Open SDK/build-tools directory and delete everything from it
4. Open Build Settings (File -> Build Settings… )
5. Select Android
Expected result: One error about corrupted SDK is thrown in the console
Actual result: Build Settings window goes black and several same “AndroidSDKToolsException: Unable to resolve build tools directory. ” errors in the console
Reproducible: 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.2.0a4
