[Android] Addressable Asset loading time is increased when Building on Android with Addressables package 1.19.4 and above
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached "addressables-repro.zip" project
2. Change Addressables package version to 1.18.9
3. Go to Window > Asset Management > Addressables > Groups > Build > New Build > Default Build Script
4. Build and Run on Android
5. See that in the Build "LoadAllAssets" benchmark shows 6000-7500 ms Asset loading time
6. Change Addressables package version to 1.19.4
7. Build and Run on Android
8. Observe the Build
Expected result: "LoadAllAssets" benchmark shows 6000-7500 ms Asset loading time
Actual result: "LoadAllAssets" benchmark shows 8000-9500 ms Asset loading time
Reproducible with: 1.19.4, 1.19.19 (2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a12)
Not reproducible with: 1.19.4, 1.19.19 (2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.34f1), 1.18.19 (2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a12)
Reproducible with these devices:
VLNQA00468 - Huawei - (ELS-NX9), Android 10, CPU: HiSilicon Kirin 990 5G, GPU: Mali-G76
VLNQA00407 - Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G (SM-F711B), Android 11, CPU: Snapdragon 888, GPU: Adreno (TM) 660
VLNQA00264 - Samsung Galaxy S10+ (SM-G975F), Android 10, CPU: NOT FOUND, GPU: Mali-G76
Not reproducible with these devices:
iPhone 13 (iOS 15.0)
Could not test with these devices (Older SDK):
VLNQA00110 - Samsung Galaxy Note2 (GT-N7100), Android 4.4.2, CPU: Exynos 4 Quad 4412, GPU: Mali-400 MP
Not reproducible with: Pc, Mac & Linux Standalone
Note: In 2021.3.1f1 Asset loading time is 1000 ms faster (1.18.19 ~5000-6500 ms, 1.19.4 ~7000-8500 ms)
