All other Package Manager filter options are hidden when "Update Available" option is selected and "Filters" tab is reopened
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager (Window -> Package Manager)
3. Go to "Unity Registry" -> "Filters"
4. Choose any of the two filters and click anywhere to close the filter tab
5. Open the "Filters" tab again and observe the results
Expected results: The "Filters" tab contains both available filters
Actual results: The "Filters" tab contains only the previously selected filter, and, to select another one, you need to deselect it and then reopen the tab again
Reproducible with: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.44f1, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a7
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
