[Addressables] Converting legacy bundles doesn't remove the pop-up for further openings of the window
To reproduce:
1) Open the attached project
2) Open Window -> Assets Management -> Addressables
3) In the pop-up, select Convert
Expected: The conversion process is done fully
Actual: Only assets directly assigned to the asset bundle are converted
4) Close the Addressables window
5) Notice that the conversion was done
6) Repeat step 2
Result: The pop-up for conversion appears again
