[ADBV2] Editor enters an endless RefreshV2(NoUpdateAssetOptions) loop when interacting with Project window or Prefabs
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project
2. Once the project is loaded, open the Assets/GUI/ScenePrefabs folder
Expected result: the contents of the folder are displayed, no continuous refreshing occurs
Actual result: the contents of the folder are displayed, the Editor starts refreshing continuously
Reproducible with: 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a22, 2020.1.4f1, 2020.2.0b1
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1(project incompatible)
